10 kg. red paprika
1 liter oil

Before you begin wash the paprika, then baked them. After beaking pill of the skin and live them to drain. Than mill the paprikas in a microprocessor. Put the mill paprika in a big dish with 1/2 a litre oil. Fry them on low temperature and stir occasunaly. The remaining oil is added from time to time until the ajvar is throughly cooked. (About 40 to 60 minutes). After that add salt to taste. Worm the jugs in a oven nd fill them with worm ajvar. The jugs should be closed immediately after being filled.
